The Bridal Booking Process 

 

Here’s how booking with Ksenia works!

 

Please submit an inquiry form on our website - the more details, the better!
 

If the day you’re inquiring about is available, please send a non-refundable deposit of $210 ($200 + GST) via e-transfer to hello@artistrybyksenia.com to secure your date.
 

Once we receive the deposit, we will send through a calendar invite for your special day with all of the details you have provided us with. You may not know everything right away (not a worry) - we will add the info in as it comes!
 

Book your trial for a special occasions event, engagement photos or bridal shower!
We will invoice after the trial services are completed. If the deposit has been paid to secure the date but the client was not satisfied with the trial appointment during or immediately after, canceling is an option. In that case, the $210 deposit will be subtracted from the trial payment and the services for the wedding day will be suspended.
 

Please provide us with final details a few weeks before your special day. We will create and share a timeline for the services required. If the final amount of services changes, please note that minimal spend requirements apply from May to September.

 

We will send an invoice a week prior to your wedding; please make the payment within 7 days. The deposit will be deducted from the final amount. If you would like the invoice to be separated and sent to multiple parties, please provide the names and email contact information 2 weeks prior to the wedding.
